Victor is a Partner in the Dallas office of Dentons and a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology practice. From startups to Fortune 500 companies, clients depend on him to enforce and defend, on a global scale, their valuable IP rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets, as well as domain name disputes and other forms of unfair competition.

An experienced trial lawyer, Victor represents both plaintiffs and defendants, and assists clients in disputes with both competitors and non-practicing entities (NPEs), from pre-filing investigation through jury trial, as well as in complex commercial disputes.

On behalf of manufacturers, retailers and other entities, Victor has prosecuted and defended IP litigation matters in state and federal courts involving some of the most sophisticated and disruptive technologies. He regularly serves as the lead attorney in infringement, brand protection, false claims, trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition actions.

Because he consistently delivers superior results, clients have also entrusted Victor with the handling of their non-IP-related commercial disputes, knowing he will vigorously pursue the desired outcomes.
