Charles A. Damschen

Charlie Damschen is a Partner at Hamilton IP Law, initially joining the firm as an associate in 2008. Charlie earned his B.S. in Chemistry and Bachelor’s of Chemical Engineering at the University of Minnesota, graduating in 2003. Charlie then worked as an engineer at Cargill before entering law school. Charlie earned his J.D. from The University of Iowa College of Law in 2007, with high distinction.

Gary Morris has over 25 years of industry and governmental experience and has been practicing intellectual property law for 18 years. His clients have included AT&T, Sony, Intel and other Fortune 500 firms, as well as startups such as DoubleClick. With degrees in physics and applied mathematics, he spent eight years advising the United States government on various high technology projects relating to national security.
